Sarah Ulstrup and Jade Lum bring together complementary expertise in creative direction, brand strategy, and digital marketing.

Sarah comes from a creative leadership background at Owkin, a French AI unicorn, and prior roles in design, communications, and media across Paris, Washington, DC and Los Angeles. Educated in Communication Design at the Paris College of Art and Theatre at Oberlin, she blends visual clarity with performance and strong storytelling.

Jade adds a strong foundation in digital marketing, CRM, and analytics, with experience spanning tech, luxury sportswear, and customer experience. Her career spans Hawaii, Switzerland, and Paris, where she most recently led digital marketing at Owkin. She holds a Master’s in Digital Marketing & CRM from IÉSEG and a BA in International Management and Marketing from Franklin University Switzerland.

Together, they co-founded Alluna, a boutique events agency built on sharp execution, thoughtful design, and a clear understanding of what makes experiences feel intentional and memorable.
